The Note Warehouse private tuition policies:

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 48-hour cancellation policy will apply. The teacher will not be required to reschedule any sessions if a lesson is cancelled within this period. Any lessons cancelled before this time scale will not be refundable, but we will endeavour to reschedule.

A Maximum of 3 lessons per term can be cancelled with more than 48 hours notice and a make-up lesson will be scheduled, otherwise we do have to charge you for the lesson.

TERMINATION OF LESSONS

Out of courtesy a 4-week notice will be expected should termination of lesson is needed. Please contact in writing to the Note Warehouse office on thenotewarehouse@gmail.com.

LESSONS

Tuition will be given in blocks. The number of lessons in a block will vary according to the number of weeks in a school/college half term. See term dates. The block lessons are automatically reserved in advance, at the agreed time to ensure continuity of lessons. Before the first lesson of each block The Note Warehouse office will be in contact with you with this agreed start date. All lessons will be paid for in advance for the half term unless agreed with management.

EXTRA LESSONS

Extra lessons may be given in addition to the number of lessons fixed for each block, provided that the arrangements and the fee payable have first been agreed by both Management and the Parent/Guardian.

LATENESS

If you are late to a lesson, the teacher is not responsible to make up the time lost and full payment for lesson is to be paid.

SIGN IN

When you arrive to the Note Warehouse, you must sign in at reception then wait in the coffee shop for your teacher to collect you.

HOLIDAYS

Lessons will run in accordance with local state school term times. Any amendments to this will need to be agreed before the start of term with management.

CO-OPERATION

While the tutor will make every reasonable effort to improve your knowledge and ability, you cannot expect to improve unless you fully co-operate with the tutor and, practise the way the tutor advises.

CONDUCT

Any aggressive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. On these grounds the sessions can be terminated immediately with no refund required.

AGREEMENT

By signing up to classes at The Note Warehouse, you agree to the terms and conditions as listed above. If your personal details change, you must notify The Note Warehouse as soon as possible to ensure communication is received in a timely manner.
